Our Difference
Asset data finance can defend. Australian councils hold $65–68 billion in poor-condition assets, roughly a full year of sector revenue (ALGA, 2026). Because condition assessments are costly, registers often lump fifty $100 valves into one line item. MentorLens captures and condition-scores each asset in minutes, validated by an engineer, so each renewal dollar reconciles to the register.
Compliance is handled. Australian data sovereignty, with MentorAPM hosted on AWS in Sydney and backed up on Microsoft Azure in Melbourne. Supply Nation registered, and pre-qualified under Local Buy LB347 Asset Management Services and LB312 Engineering & Environmental. Quality management aligned to ISO 9001. Australian procurement rails throughout. We meet compliance requirements before you ask.
Practitioners first. We are engineers and operators who have lived the problem we now solve with AI. We deliver the improvements we recommend — not theoretical advice.
Asset-priced, not platform-priced. Priced per asset and tiered by volume, so it gets cheaper at scale, with unlimited seats — not the six-figure module licensing of legacy enterprise platforms.
Genuinely Indigenous. 100% Indigenous-owned and IPP-compliant, helping government clients meet their Indigenous procurement obligations. A relationships-and-trust model built over five years with First Nations councils and regional communities, applied with the same integrity to every client we work with.
